Agreement
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and ODBS LLC (“we”, “us”) for the Weekwell app and its services. If you downloaded Weekwell from the App Store, the app is also licensed to you under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms add the rules specific to Weekwell. By using Weekwell you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Weekwell
You must be 18 or older to use Weekwell. Weekwell is meant for people who are taking a medication prescribed by their own doctor and want to keep a personal record of it.
Not medical advice
Weekwell is a log and reminder app. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it never suggests, calculates or changes a dose. Dose values, the injection site suggestion, charts, AI protein estimates and reports are based on what you enter and are for your own information only. Always follow your prescription and the instructions that come with your medication, and ask your doctor or pharmacist about your treatment, your dose and any side effect. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
AI estimates
Protein estimates from a meal photo are produced by a third-party AI model and can be wrong. Check and correct an estimate before you save it; nothing is saved until you confirm it. Estimates are not nutritional or medical advice.
Your account
Weekwell starts with a guest account on our server. If you lose your phone without connecting Sign in with Apple or Google, your records may not be recoverable. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your device and sign-in secure.
Weekwell Pro and subscriptions
The core features of Weekwell are free. Weekwell Pro adds the doctor report, a larger number of AI meal estimates, progress photos and Apple Health or Health Connect sync. It is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, through the App Store or Google Play. There is no free trial. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you subscribe.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before that. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from Settings → Manage subscription in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
If Pro ends, your records stay readable, exportable and deletable; we never delete data because a subscription ended.
Your content
Your records and photos remain yours. You give us the permission needed to store, process and show them to you in order to provide Weekwell, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload content you have no right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Weekwell: do not attempt to access other people’s data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to break the law.
Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove features. We work to keep Weekwell available but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Reminders depend on your phone’s notification settings and may not be delivered if notifications are turned off or the phone is off.
Disclaimers and liability
Weekwell is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for a missed reminder, or for decisions made on the basis of entries, estimates or reports in the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
You can stop using Weekwell and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms; where possible we will tell you first and let you export your data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you a different forum.
Changes to these terms
We will publish changes on this page and change the date above. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
