Delete Your Weekwell Account
How to delete your Weekwell account and what happens to your data.

Delete in the app
The fastest way is in the app:
- Open Weekwell and go to Settings.
- Tap Privacy & data.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm twice.
If you want a copy of your records first, tap Export my data on the same screen before you delete.
Delete without the app
If you cannot access the app, email info@odbs.tech for help, with the subject “Weekwell account deletion”. If you connected Sign in with Apple or Google, include the email address of that account so we can find yours. A guest account that was never connected to Apple or Google cannot be identified from an email; it is deleted automatically after 180 days without use (400 days if it has a recovery key).
What is deleted
Deletion is immediate and permanent. We delete your treatment, dose log, weight, protein and water records, goals, side effects, AI estimate records, progress photos, synced Apple Health or Health Connect data, your age confirmation and your sign-in details, and we revoke Sign in with Apple. Your account identifier remains only as a deleted marker so it cannot be reused.
What we keep
Database backups that still contain your data expire within 7 days and are never kept longer than 30 days. We keep a record of the consents you gave and withdrew, without your device or network details, as proof of consent, and purchase records the law requires us to keep, without your health data.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Weekwell Pro subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings before you delete, so you are not charged again.
